What math strategies can we use?

As we prepare for our first Math assessment of the year this Friday, I just wanted to point out the strategies we've learned and talked about during our first Nine Weeks period.  If you have a moment and would like to learn alittle more about each of the strategies, please open up the Math Resources page on the tool bar above for a more detailed explanation of each strategy.  Also, I remind the children all the time to use the strategies that work best for them to help solve a problem.  If you have any question, please let me know.

A Look Ahead...

Good Morning...I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!  I can't believe that this is the last full week of October (where has it gone?).  As you can see, next week is going to be filled with many new and exciting things for our Third Graders.  If you have a chance, look over to the right and answer our survey question of the week. Have a Super Sunday and see ya soon!
